the 39th Annual Property Owners Meeting
Here are some updates form the meeting.
2018 Road Assessment – Passed
The proposed $300 Special Assessment for Roads passed by a vote of 109 to 4
Revisions to the Shagbark Covenants and Restrictions – Approved
The proposed revisions to Shagbark’s Covenants and Restrictions were approved by a vote of 98 for and 11 against. Changes to the covenants require the affirmative vote of 75% of the voting owners and these changes received 89% in the affirmative.
Board Member Elections
Elected to three (3) year terms were Jean Becker, Dan Hager, and Mark Waters.
Filling a one year term is Steve McCormick.
Alternates for 2018 are Ernie Rich & John Boulden.

Future Improvements Discussed at the Meeting
Several concepts for future improvements in Shagbark were discussed at the meeting. We appreciate your feedback and suggestions. We will further explore these ideas and move forward where feasible.
