2025-26 Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

The Board shall convene for regular meetings on a monthly basis, as needed, with a minimum requirement of once every quarter. These meetings are set to take place at the Shagbark Community Center, conveniently located for our members. Each session is scheduled for the third Saturday of every month, commencing promptly at 9 AM to ensure productive discussions.

Additionally, the annual Owner’s meeting is a significant event, held on the fourth Saturday of October each year, providing an opportunity for all members to engage in important deliberations on the budget and board member elections.
